Things to Remember
Our PE days this term will be Wednesdays(outside) and Thursdays(inside). As the weather changes, please be mindful about what the children are wearing to school on outdoor PE day.
Spellings will be sent home in their Homework Diaries every week and our spelling test will be on Friday mornings. I check the Homework Diaries every Friday morning and give Dojos out to those who I can see are reading at least 3 times a week at home. We read every day for 15 minutes after lunch and these reads will be recorded in their diaries as well. I am happy for children to be bringing fiction books in from home to read, these need to be appropriate for their reading age.
We are still continuing to focus on timetables throughout year 5, please encourage the children to still use Timetable Rockstars for extra revision.
